ULTRASONIC linear Series

The machines of the ULTRASONIC linear series represent a completely revised and further developed generation of machines. FEM-optimized casting beds, in combination with the thermo-symmetrical gantry design and a holistically optimized temperature management, guarantee the highest machine and component accuracies over the entire life cycle of the machines. The 5-axis simultaneous machining centers are complemented by high-performance position measuring systems from Magnescale.
Highly dynamic linear drives in all axes enable accelerations of more than 2 g and rapid traverse speeds of up to 40 m/min. This results in short machining times. The integration of automation solutions increases productivity!
